Amateur Radio Classes

Thinking About Becoming an Amateur Radio Operator?

Want to Talk to the World?

Amateur Radio Classes are planned for 2010

Plans are in the works for ham classes to be given again in the new year. Rick, VE5RJR will be taking over co-ordination of classes from VE5EE who has departed for points east.
If you know of anyone interested in taking the classes, call Rick. There is a possiblity that Advanced and CW classes may also be included for those wanting to obtain those
qualifications.

Location and Dates to be determined

Typically there is no cost, but people are responsible for purchasing their own amateur basic manual from RAC.  The classes are taught by a team of highly qualified instructors.

We are pleased to announce that Stan Ewert, VE5SC, Clay Doty, VE5AAA and Rick Rickwood, VE5RJR are the Regina and area certified examiners. Sincere thanks to these gentlemen for the giving of their personal time to help new people enter the world's finest hobby!
